Terms for using Pulse AI Studios.

Who We Are

Pulse AI Studios is the non-political AI products and services division of Pulse Communications LLC. These terms apply to the Pulse AI Studios website, digital products, audits, and service engagements.

Digital Products

Digital products such as the AI Chief of Staff Workflow Pack are sold for business education, planning, and implementation support. They do not guarantee a specific business result, revenue outcome, time savings, or technical outcome.

Audits and Services

Audits and custom builds are scoped in writing. Scope, deliverables, timelines, assumptions, access requirements, and approval steps should be clear before work begins. If a project changes materially, Pulse AI Studios may revise the scope, timeline, or price before continuing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access, and lawful materials. Pulse AI Studios cannot be responsible for delays or output issues caused by missing access, inaccurate inputs, outdated source materials, or third-party platform failures.

AI Output and Human Review

AI systems can make mistakes. Pulse AI Studios designs workflows, prompts, and review steps to reduce risk, but clients remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them in business, legal, financial, medical, employment, or other sensitive contexts.

Third-Party Platforms

Some products or builds may rely on third-party platforms such as Stripe, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel, Zapier, CRMs, email systems, or voice/video tools. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance are outside Pulse AI Studios' control.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients may use the final deliverables created for them after payment. Pulse AI Studios retains its pre-existing methods, templates, prompts, frameworks, reusable code patterns, and operating know-how.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment method. Custom work may require upfront payment, milestones, or retainers depending on scope.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Communications LLC and Pulse AI Studios are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the website, digital products, or services.
